1. Delivery Area and Shipping Fees
Currently, we provide delivery services within Singapore.
Shipping is free of charge for orders delivered within this region.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch Time
After an order is successfully placed, products will be prepared and dispatched according to the order sequence.
The order processing time is approximately 3 business days.
There is no guaranteed delivery time slot. Deliveries may be made on Saturdays and public holidays, depending on the logistics provider.

For sealed electronic products, please do not open the package before signing. If the seal is damaged or broken, you have the right to refuse delivery.
If the seal is intact but missing items or other issues are found after opening, please contact nitetil.com customer service immediately and keep the original packaging.
If you are unable to receive the order personally, you may authorize another person to sign on your behalf. Couriers are only responsible for delivering the package to the address stated on the shipping label and do not guarantee delivery to a specific individual.
For security reasons, delivery address and contact details cannot be changed after an order is confirmed. Please ensure all information is accurate at checkout.
If delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect information, the courier will hold the package for up to 5 days. We will notify you by email. If no response is received within this period, the order will be returned to the warehouse and a refund will be processed.
