Return and Exchange Conditions
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days from the date of receipt. Requests submitted after this period will be considered as acceptance of the product and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product packaging, accessories, or accompanying items are damaged, missing, or incomplete.

For non-defective products, customers are responsible for both return and outbound shipping costs.

If a product is damaged or defective due to transportation, please notify us immediately upon receipt and return the item. After we receive and confirm the issue, a replacement product in good condition will be arranged promptly.

3. Return shipping process
Please arrange return shipping with the courier within 7 days of receiving the product. Once the returned item is received and confirmed, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.
When submitting a return or exchange request, please provide your order number, full name, and contact phone number. The return address will be provided by our customer service team.
